    We are a world away from the state we were in when KLD bought into our club, so I have nothing but gratitude for what he has done.

    Hard to say and there's no suggestion in the French media.

    But Rybolovlev seems the kind who wants more than just an easy life buying artworks, etc.

    The chance of owning a PL club might interest him and he'll already know everything about the club.

    There'd be nothing to stop him, legally or otherwise.

    Russians are still buying up chunks of London and living here.

    Rybolovlev was in a similar situation, with Putin, as Boris Berezovsky ...

    ... virtual house arrest and unwelcome in Russia.
