Many a failing manager trots out this line when fans turn, conveniently forgetting you have to give the fans something to get excited about in the first place
I'm on my phone and no good with attachments etc but a quick X search of the SAFC tag will lead you to it almost instantly
If anyone is insulted by that, they must be very sensitive. Seem like very sensible comments where he takes full responsibility.
Like Beale or not, watching his interviews he is clearly saying to the powers that be "WE NEED F**KIN INVESTMENT IN THE FINAL THIRD", naturally he won't get it (and I don't mean investment as in a million quid on some forward youth player from Portugal).Blame managers/coaches all we want, but there's a common denominator showing here. All the above clearly in my humble opinion ofcourse. Neil,Mowbray and now Beale seemingly reading the same script.
They all knew the script before they signed the contract ... ... some managers are worse than players in going to clubs for a pay off, Bruce was a fkn master at it. All three wanted the club to be changed, in various ways, to suit themselves but there's no risk involved. We were promoted once, almost promoted a second time but three managers who've collectively won next to nowt are now correct in condemning the club. There's things wrong, yes we know, but we're not the basket case people are currently claiming imo.
I don't see the club as a basket case mate. But there's an unusual amount oddness around the place at the minute.
There is, it's unsettling ... a fair bit, tbh, are rumours about player punch ups, etc. Everything is being criticised, even Satori for 'not being involved' ffs when he's just a shareholder. If he was involved some people would see it as interfering tbh.
There's been stuff on Twitter and is allegedly associated with the Diamond case. No idea if it's true but if it is, it could be having a massive impact on form.
