Does anyone know when we’ll hear the appeal decision for Tyler? That’s assuming that we’re lodging an appeal.
Usually takes about a week, so doubt we will see him Saturday.

Name me a footballer with a brain.....
For starters,Name me a footballer with a brain.....
Yes,he was a decent player but his efforts at transferring that into management have failed miserably.Last time I was bothered to look Rooney was worth an estimated (wait for it)...£170 million......Even half that and I'd be content....Not sure if I shall shed any tears, not when you think Birmingham will contribute another £m to his fortune. Not bad for a kid from a Liverpool council estate who lets be fair isn't the sharpest tool in the box. Good luck to him....Btw...Great player on his day.

It happens frequently and in Rooneys case, his C.V is tainted now and I'd be extremely surprised if he gets another chance anywhere near Championship level.
I agree, but Rooney obviously knew what he was getting into (as did Birmingham giving him the appointment). The danger is that when you take one of these jobs on and flop spectacularly,it's difficult to find another opening?Lampard, Gerrard, Rooney et al got some pretty big gigs based on their playing reputation alone. Like any young manager, and quite topically given its criticism directed at our own gaffer, they need to spend some time as understudies, learning the job before they're thrown in at the deep end.
Aeronautical engineering,Dowie?Well, a lot speak 3, 4 or 5 languages. How many do you speak? Frank Lampard is well educated. Dowie has a degree in aeronautical engineering.
A law degree's a long way from being a lawyer though and there are easier ways to start.I reckon Rooney will give up on management now and go back to his ambition of becoming a lawyer. He isn't the best speaker but I'm not convinced he's as daft as people think.
