Exactly mate. Could be far more than an on field signing.

We know he genuinely loved the place sorted his own flights from Kazan to get here. I was devastated that day.

****ing N’Dong man. Noticed he’s playing in Saudi now.

Hes obviously got something otherwise he wouldn't be at Chelsea. He would probably have been more suited to a League 1 club at this stage of his development

Would score a hatful here. Was keen over the summer but didn’t seem to work out. Would he be recalled in Jan, only to be sent out on loan again to another champ team? I’m not sure.

There's more chance that Rooney gets sacked than Stansfield returning to Fulham.

He’d be great. Young enough, plenty of games and goals in the bag, can lead the line and link up play and finish. Not dissimilar to Rusyn in style but ready to perform in this division.

It seems unlikely but if a couple of teams are sniffing around there might be something in it. Any chance of the loan getting cancelled and signing him on a perm I wonder, not sure how much he'd cost.

Would be great on a perm if somehow possible, depends on wages, the fee, does he fit the model? Should be young enough but we haggled over pennies about broadhead didn’t we(?) and looked how that worked out

Where has this haggled over money for Broadhead came from, as far as I’m aware he didn’t want to come here and fight for his place. Never heard of any lack of monies being offered

No. He turned us down with the loan deal and went to Wigan instead. Nothing to do with money.

Not sure about wages and fee but I'd guess it would be doable. He'd fit the model to a T.

Our wage bill is interesting. If correct we are in the lowest 3 or 4 in the league. That is mad when you think about our performance levels. To be pushing play offs again is exceptional really.

I dont know what the scope is to spend more, or whether we have a set figure and expect everyone to reduce the level back down to nearer us, rather than us spending more to match others.

And yes I’m shamelessly requoting Amads posts in the vain hope that he comes back home.

Why is everybody saying Pritchard will be off in January or at the end of the season.
Do people really want him to leave?

How many times has he came on and changed the game for us.
He’s one of our best players.
If he goes, somebody will be getting a top player.

Why don’t we sign him for a year plus an option of another year?

Because he's been told he won't be getting a new deal, same as Batth and Gooch where told?

At least that was the rumours in the summer

Paid decent fees for Bellingham Clarke and Ballard you'd think.

Stansfield I'd like to see, but it isn't happening. He apparently turned us down in the summer to join Birmingham, because he wanted to be close to London. Move on.
