From what I've read, Rosenior gets as much out of him as any manager ever has. You only have to look at the way Tufan ran over to him when he scored. So if Rosenior isn't getting the best out of him, I very much doubt anyone would.I agree with a lot of what you post, but not this. I don't think for one minute that Tufan lacks the hunger and desire, I would say the opposite.
I think the issue is more to do with Rosenior failing to get the best out of a very talented experienced player.
