Another one by them, this song was like crystal meth for me over the summer, a little cheesy but again, nice and cheery...Beginning of the video is a little creepy though:

Anyone heard of or listen to Tradgedy - a Metal Tribute to the Bee Gee's

Seen them at the academy about a month ago, they were ****ing amazing. Musicaly brilliant and a really good laugh.

For a band that's 'different' (not neccessarily musically as they remind me of darkness/Queen) then check out Foxy Shazam...

Shamelessly flambouyant rock, but very boppy n cheery...We were at Leeds Fest this year, My mate was, let's say, experimenting with inebriation, ended up getting separated from the rest of us
n wandered into the tent where they were playing, he thought it was all part of a trip, as their singer kept doing all sorts of bizzare stuff...

Also: "Let's slow it down for all the ladies and the gay guys" ...HAHAHA!!!

They were at Leeds?!?!? ****!!! Missed them! I think Oh Lord is an amazing song. Quality band them like.

EDIT: It's almost as if you're in my head <yikes>

Yeah, gotta admit, I'd never heard of them until my mate found them on the festival schedule card thing...Hope they make another appearance...

While I'm on with videos, apparently this is 'maths rock' from a Boro band, split up now, but loved them while they were about...Not sure about the maths rock bit, but the riff at 0:15 is class:

Band is called Dartz!

NO WAY! The guitarist is Henry who was the drummer from my band, The New Lev Yashin, this is the band he formed after us!! I used to goto school with the drummer Phil also!

They kinda made it and went on several European tours and all that, i was rather jealous but they did quite well but believe have split now!

Awesome live they where, small world indeed! Did you ever see them Jesus?

<ok> Vinnie Paz in his prime was amazing. He's pretty terrible now.

Doubt anyone will be into my taste, you'll probably even ridicule it, will go with artists rather than bands.

Masta Ace
Nas
Prime-Eminem
Talib Kweli
OutKast
The Roots
Lowkey
Sadistik
Kool G Rap

People are always suprised by my taste.
THIS.
but stick kanye west in there - his new album is sublime.
also mixtape b.o.b - his album was meh though

Very! Only saw em a couple of times in Darlo, but my mate was mad about them, practically followed them around the N/E!

Yeah, they're split now, their 2nd album was nowhere near as good as their first IMO...Seemed like it was trying a bit too hard?

Just had a little look at your band on myspace, decent like! Heart Wrenching Guitar Riffs in particular!

You remind me a bit of a band called Protohero, they all went to my school, me and the drummer both went to the same drum teacher...They were all set for a European tour than split up over a really stupid petty argument...Good Question is one of my favourite songs by any band!

Bravo!

Also thanks Jesus Geordie for the Akala recommendation. Another Amazon Impulse Purchase. Damn their cheap, convenient and far too easily justified products.

No bother, the live version of 'comedy, tragedy, history' is class - Unreal how quick he is in the 3rd verse n couldn't even begin to count the amount of shakespeare references!

As if our Myspace is still going! haha Long time ago that

Yeah i know what you mean they tried a bit too hard on their second to be 'scene' haha

Man i miss those days! Protohero sound canny like, one thing about living in SA is the lack of decent live music (unless you like Zulu drumming haha)
The rock music out here is like the 90's back in England, soft and **** haha

Aye class. Great verbal dexterity.

BTW for those interested there is a programme available, called dropbox, which allows you to share music with friends over the internet.
