    Brigit Forsyth.

She was in loads of stuff but for me she'll always be Thelma Chambers.

In the mid-seventies I couldn't work out if I hated her or wanted to marry her.

    RIP.

Doesn’t one lead to the other?

    RIP. Thelma.

The Likely Lads was a well written comedic observation of the working class.

I was quite surprised to see it on the TV recently, thought it would be off limits these days.

Baroness Glenys Kinnock of Holyhead, a former minister, MEP and wife of ex-Labour leader Lord Kinnock, has died.

Tributes have been paid to the 79-year-old, who served as MEP for Wales from 1994 to 2009, who passed away six years after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

In a statement, her family said the 'cherished mother and adored grandmother', died peacefully in her sleep on Sunday at her London home with her husband at her side.

Preferred this at the time to Go Now though it wasn’t a hit.

Could not understand at the time why this wasn’t a hit either though Colin Blunstone later had success with a good cover of it. Denny Laine was a much under appreciated talent.

Tributes have flooded in for beloved talkSPORT commentator Russell Hargreaves, who has died at the age of 45.

The radio station announced his passing this afternoon in a heartfelt message on social media in which they expressed their devastation at the loss of a 'much loved friend and colleague.'

Hargreaves recently had to step back from work through illness. The last photo posted on his Twitter account came during the New Zealand v South Africa rugby international at Twickenham in late August.

Hollywood actor Ryan O'Neal has died at the age of 82.

His son Patrick shared the sad news on social media on Friday afternoon. 'So this is the toughest thing I’ve ever had to say but here we go,' he began.

'My dad passed away peacefully today, with his loving team by his side supporting him and loving him as he would us.'
