it’s registered as the ‘premier league’ well the football association premier league.

EPL?

I think I tend to mainly refer to it as the Prem or Premier League. The other leagues I tend to refer to as The Championship and L1 & L2, if for historic reasons something is being referred to I might revert to calling them tiers, due to the changes over time.
