seems to be 'kids' rather than older 'teens' causing most problems...the ones i have seen flying around the main roads certainly are which always makes me wonder how they can afford them, so that makes me wonder are they stealing them or are the parents buying them for their kids.
i also often see bairns on the e-scooters racing around estates so basically it seems parents are supplying kids with potentially lethal machines as even on estates there are car drivers flying around and if one meets the other on a blind corner i hate to think of the outcome.
i cant even blame the kids, we used to get an old step through and head over the woods or up the hills and have a ride around but they were quite limited so these e-whatevers with much higher speeds and no fuel to buy are obviously a big attraction...these 'adults' that ride about blocking the road have just grown up with this modern day loss of common sense, fair enough ride in a way so other road users are aware of you but also show common sense by allowing faster users to pass safely.

Probably can do. Seem to be appearing more second hand on Facebook marketplace etc
They seem to be becoming cheaper on second hand markets . So quite possibly the acquisition is down to parents who see them as a cheap way to manipulate their little brats out if the house and out from under their feet

I'm shocked there isn't more deaths caused by the e-motorbikes.
They go about the roads like they own the ****ing place, going through red lights doing wheelies. Wrong way up the road towards traffic sometimes. They have always dome the same on petrol scramblers but at least you could hear thay ****er coming a mile off.
The electric bikes hardly make a noise. So got to see them coming and if you are going through a green light that's been green in front of you for a minute or so are you looking for a silent motorbike ripping through from the side?
