What actually happened to Lewie? I remember he was tussling with an Ipswich lad before the corner and then he was down hitting the ground with his fist in obvious pain, but I don't recall how that happened and I don't think there was a replay. Did the lad twat him? Obviously wasn't given as a foul as there was no penalty.

I think it was how he fell and the lad landing on him, added to the fact the area was potentially weaker due to the busted noise

Rosenior was keen to avoid damaging Tufan further by bringing him back too early after his setback earlier in the season, but he says that is not the case and that his star man is ready and raring to go. "No (we're not rushing him back), he's in a really good place and he's looking strong. Having him back around is great for me and great for the group."

"Harry (Vaughan) is back in training which is great, Jason (Lokilo) is looking really fresh. Jaden and Liam have come back fine, James Furlong has come back fine. Mika Seri is one where we'll have to assess him tomorrow (Friday). He's not back yet, he's got to travel halfway around the world so the best flight for him was to get back tomorrow to give him more sleep, so that might play a part in what I do with a three-game week. Other than we're absolutely fine.

"I can't tell," Rosenior said when asked how Coyle's face was after a flurry of knocks recently. "He's got a mask on, he looks like Zorro, he looks miles better! He's fit, ready to and ready to play. Cyrus (Christie) has done great in the games he's played so there's a decision for me there, or do I play Lewie at left-back? I've got loads of decisions to make."

Aaron Connolly was withdrawn from the Republic of Ireland squad after the draw at The Den as a precaution and will be fully fit to be involved this weekend.

"Aaron's good," the City boss continued. "He came through that (injury) thankfully and I really respect Ireland for giving us the time to get Aaron to one hundred per cent with his toe but he's fully fit and ready to go. It was just soreness. I didn't start him against Millwall, he felt it a touch because it was bruised. We felt it was best for him to rest it, he's got the rest in, he's iced it and he's good to go."

On Slater, Rosenior added: "He's looking great, I saw him today. He's bending his legs, he's itching to get back in it but it's still going to take a bit of time."

Clearly a good rapport between Jaden and Adama, on a worrying note, the fact that yesterday they are both doing Gym work it looks as if Jaden is still not on the grass yet. Will he be okay for the weekend?
