Rusyn a threat? I must be missing something because i havent seen him do anything of note yet.

At least he runs in behind. He should have scored the one where Jobe puts him in but it looks like he slipped. Hemir stands in the box like a statue, its like having Wyke back.

Rusyn looks more of a threat than either Hemir or Burstow, he needs minutes not hooking that early when we're needing a goal.

The changes were poor, all barring Ba.

Adil Aouchiche sitting on the bench yet both Dack and Pritch come on. Rusyn had looked a threat yet he takes him off for Hemir instead of having both on the field. Dan Neil was having a decent game and he hooked him too, in the end we just seemed to have no shape left whatsoever. We didn't draw because of it, but it was one of a number of things that contributed to it.

Best summing up of the day, I want TM to succeed , but he is a very poor game manager imo.
And if he hadn't brought Pritchard on he would have been hammered for not bringing him on.

Bloke can't win

Jesus. Tony very very negative this evening. Strikers inexperienced and unable to find space in the box despite 30 cut backs. We work with them every day on the training ground but they lack experience and need someone who's life depends on scoring goals.

Clearly not happy with that he has

Mowbray allows the players a lot of freedom in their play which looks great when it works ...

... when the players don't perform, as Clarke, Neil, Jobe, Ekwah, didn't today, Mowbray takes the blame.

Pritchard's worst game for us today imo.

For what it's worth O'Nien was our fourth best rated player today, opinions vary about the value of stats and he was lucky not to be punished for the pen, but it gives a bit of a different perspective.

Must admit I assumed he'd be bottom of the pile from the comments on here. Should have known better.

O/9 gets the short straw imo, only Ballard can attack the ball at set pieces and Luke gets the main target man to mark or more likely obstruct, we need another 6 foot plus defender in there on these occasions , Stewart used to do this but no other player at present can, so we have a problem and Luke gets the blame.

Shoulda, woulda, coulda. Sums it up really and I don't even blame him either. Hes a young lad getting used to a new country and new style of football.

Like ive said we should have an experienced striker and let the young lads develop and learn instead of throwing them in the deep end through bad striker recruitment

Mowbray takes the blame full stop, people cry out for early subs, or player x to come on. When that's done it's Mowbrays fault even if they don't play well

Here we go again with the same negative sh*te from the same people. The hindsight squad. So f*cking boring. Go and support the Nags. Take the away point and move on….onward and upwards…HTL!!!

Not really. You can not sure always be positive. It's football. You have to give actual opinions. You see the manager tonight. Saying what most are.

Nah what is boring is being told to go and support a different team simply because I think Mowbray makes some bad decisions. What is the point in a board like this if any time someone says something 'negative' they get abuse?

Well aye. It’s clear as day. Disappointing and frustrating.

It is and it's fine to say so. It's the literally reality. Just because it's our team doesn't mean we ignore the truth man haway. The amount for ball we have, cut backs and final third possession, a proper striker just transforms us from mid table to challenging.

Think it's finally hit home with Tony too. His post presser there was the extremely negative

Would a proper striker get in front of the cut backs that hit the first defender?

We have strikers, they just need time to adapt as does the team

From the interview he hooked Rusyn because he was on a yellow. I mean thats the overriding point isn't it. You can't be hauling a 25 year old striker off and only have two kids to put on in their place.

If Jack Clarke doesn't fire we're far too easily stopped imo.

He should be able to develop naturally with no pressure while we have an experienced striker in his late 20s as our number 9.

Its pretty shocking really were relying on inexperienced kids to fire us to promotion.
Maybe they aren’t trying to fire us to promotion, getting what you want before you are ready or good enough is not always the way forward.
