Wish Southgate would have the knackers to play Him and Foden together with Rice. Think that would be an incredible midfield. The complete opposite of what we’ve had for the last decade and some real technical ability in there.

The step up between the 2 divisions is mental. This is what I was trying to say to the Leicester fan on our match thread against them who claimed they’d finish mid table in the prem this season..
You take the “big 6” out and the likes of the Mags, Villa, Brighton who make up the top half then you get to teams like West Ham, Wolves and even Forest. They have numerous “£40m+ players” and a £20m player in every position then a bench full of more. Money has totally ruined the game and I don’t see anyone being promoted and being able to hold their own unless the spend big money once they go up
