I thought we did really well today and really hope we carry forward that intent into all our games, Southampton are a better team than us and we matched them for the most part, just ran out of steam a little at the end. We do seem to have a bit of a concentration issue when the whistle approaches for both halves which needs addressing and I think today also highlighted a desperate need for another CM to rotate with Seri, Morton and Slater.

Rosenior has us in far better shape than we've been for a long time, not sure what miracles people think other managers could do as there are very few sure bets in management, success stories are usually due to many combining factors.

This is every week toast, we don’t beat the **** sides and then get real excited with middle of the road performances that bring draws or losses against the better sides. He is way out of his depth.

We’ve beaten Leicester, Stoke, Sheffield Wednesday and Blackburn. Those weren’t flukes.

The only “**** teams” we’ve lost to are Ipswich, who although newly promoted are flying atm.

We came up against probably the second best of the relegated teams and their quality took 95 minutes to show through.

Boro were struggling near rock bottom of the table but stuck fat with Carrick as the performances didn't match the results and they've now won 5 on the bounce.

Everyones beaten Massive, we woke Stoke up and they are now winning games, Blackburn were down to 10 and nearly won the game...

Are they really though? before the game they were behind us in the table and they concede loads. Just 'cause they were in the prem last season, doesn't mean they're magic. It's a bit boring hearing this after games that we should've won. We excuse poor performances against all these teams that "will be up there", when the expectation from the ownership is that we should be too. We've certainly spent the money to be in consideration...

Same old same old.

We aren't good enough in the opposition box.

We have a young inexperienced team with piss poor game management and judgement

We have a top 6 ( potentially ) squad but a inexperienced manager who's more scared of losing a game then going out and risking things to get wins on the board.

If we ( fans/tan/acun ) are happy to be mid table then stick with Rosie. But if we want more then we should demand more or he moves on.

If his nan wasn't from Hull and he wasn't an ex player then I don't think many would be giving him so much slack.

I don't think it's time to sack him now, but if I was Tan/Acun I'd be making it crystal clear that this isn't good enough and that we need to see improvement and us taking to the next level..... Is LR good enough to do that.....I'm not sure he is

LR was backed in the transfer window to build the squad he wanted. I see very little improvement over the last half of last season, when, apparently, the Squad was holding us back.
