When Masky was around 15, a Bristol Rovers scout (coach), knocked on my parents house in Canton (now called Pontcanna)! “Come for a trial” he said and I did….played for a while alongside Frankie Prince and Peter Higgins. Both went on to play league football! Now at my time of life, and it comes as a bitter blow to accept that my chances of playing for Manchester Utd are not realistic now….have to go now….talk later!
