I’m sure I read somewhere that they’re already here. The Royal family for instance are shape shifting lizard creatures. On the other hand I read somewhere else that the chances if finding evidence of alien civilizations are slim to none. This is because of the likely time a civilization will last before destroying itself. Given the billions of years the universe will exist, the likelihood of two intelligent civilizations overlapping is miniscule.
