Like i said, you don’t advance by buying ****ing subs. Stupidity from the owners, manager and Ashworth. ****ing stupid.
Rumours of Lascelles heading to Saudi. Also looks like our net spend after SELA deal, UCL qualification and finishing 4th was lower than Bournemouths and Burnley. Does. Not. Make. Any. ****ing, Sense.
Because Quite Clearly You Do Not Have A ****ing Clue About Business Or Squad Building You ****ing Moaning ****
Well I can't argue with the fact I have no clue what our squad building strategy was, nor how we're restricted to lower net spends than Burnley and Bournemouth.
Watching the Minteh goal he looks very left footed. Anyone know if he can actually use his right foot?
Given Almiron is a permanent fixture, I'd say he a) has a decade to learn, and b) doesn't even need to learn playing for Newcastle on the right.
Okay Burnley and Bournemouth have not spent a very large amount of cash (NET) over the last 3 years. We have spent £400m. Additionally we bought Anthony Gordon in Jan for £45m and we were told that signing was coming out of the summer budget. People seem to forget this. As for why we are buying young players that are subs - we have an aging squad that is worth **** all on paper so we are putting that right. Livermento is regarded as having the potential to be the world best right back, we got the chance to sign him and have him learn off Trippier - could prove to be a master stroke. Likewise we have Botman - Man City tried to sign Botman this summer before they signed Gvardiol (Who is ragarded as having the potential to be the worlds best centre back). We've then added Tonali, Barnes and Hall. Whilst already having players like Isak, Anderson and Miley. They're are actually putting together one ****ing hell of a young squad together, its just the pieces aren't all in place yet. It's actually been a not bad window, I would have preferred a rw but can't have everything.
Me too he gets too much **** considering how much he puts in and he actually got 11 goals only last season. Seriously there's far worse players at Newcastle United than Miguel Almiron but let's not bully them let's pick on players other clubs might actually even want.
