A vehicle that is almost certainly exempt from ULEZ charges.
Stopped and was told "you cannot display that on your vehicle'.... what the number plate...?... no the Chelsea sticker in the back window (and yes I know there isn't one)
The parklet things they've put up by the side of Prinny Quay look pretty decent...

Better than the ones in silver street, first of all they took away the motorcycle parking bay and added another disabled one. After complaints the council went back and repainted the motorcycle bay white lines but left the sign saying disabled badge holders only sign. Didn't matter as within a couple of weeks the put the parklet thing right over the top of it anyway.
A very short section of the M25 just north of the Dartford crossing has just been put into the ulez scheme. That should bring in a fair few quid.
