Quick question.. why do people refer to Hull City Online as the "Happy Clappers"?

I'm not a member of it, only read some of their threads but maybe missing sth??

A bit weird, considering there's seemingly nobody here who can figure out that not everybody agrees with them, and politics is too much of a complex issue to handle.

Don't know about anyone else but I still by accident refer to HullCityMad as HCO, Andy's new site bombed because of a dickish web designer who said "If you don't like the design then do one" to every poster who commented on it, consequently everybody did one and went back to HCM, until there was admin problems there and one of the most, if not the most, popular posters on there getting banned on a technicality because he shares his address with 500 other students.
