I said from the start Ugbo would score goals and I was right when no one else rated him. Robinson we know will score but Meitie can get 20 goals too, judging after a few games is folly. We do not need to hold the ball up and pass it left right and centre get it in the box quickly to Ugbo. I suggest some posters bet on us to lose as they have little confidence in this team, I am super confident and get 80-1 for us to win promotion. To hope for mid table and start again next season makes no sense to me. I would say the more depressive posts are more like Swans fans. We do not need fair weather fans, moan when they play badly surebut never lose faith and never boo the players it does not help.
My bets are small £1 or £2 so someone on here has placed a big bet on Moore coming as there would hardly be a big market for him to go odds on.
We scored some great goals on Tuesday passing left and right. To be honest, very difficult to get upfield without doing so. If you win the ball on the right touchline and don't pass left, almost impossible to score. Certainly Ugbo wouldn't as he tends to stand between the sticks. As for fair weather fans, I think you'd be hard pushed to find any on here with most having followed the club up and down the leagues. Realistic, optimistic, pessimistic, yes, you'll find them all. Fair weather, no. Your views are as valuable as the next person's, but to decry the opinions of others because they differ from yours could be seen as insulting. Yes, I'd love us to win every game. Yes, I'd love us to get promoted. Yes, I think this us a season for consolidation. Yes, I'd like a director of football with a long term strategy for the club, top to bottom. Our last two promotions were short lived and followed by years of struggle. We need a sustainable model, without the need for Tan to keep dipping in his pocket. If that means a year of consolidation, so be it. I'd be happy with steady progress rather than boom and bust.

I want us in the premier league not the championship. A ball can be kicked from the half way line into their penalty area, time and again the ball is passed and as soon as it gets over the half way line it is passed back into our penalty area. I see teams pass from goalie to wing back and then forward and in thos few passes a goal is scored. I am talking about wasting time passing the ball forward then back. If anyone thinks I meant them about fair weather fans I have no idea why they would think that. You look for value bets so it could not be you. I am guessing it was his agent.
