Whatever happens to Cannon I certainly wouldn’t be doing any business with Everton in the near future. Last couple of windows they’ve been a right **** on to deal with when it comes to us it seems. Most importantly Lampard ****ting his pants.

Love the gossip & conjecture on this thread, for me Ross has dragged his feet and if he wants to stay then he would be signed up, get as much as we can for him as quickly as we can is my thoughts. £6m + £1.5m is ok "if" Stewart is not willing to sign a new deal.
You'd think we could push that to get the full £7.5m guaranteed.
That being said, if we can't bring in another striker (not including Rusyn) then no amount of money is a good deal.

I reckon we would if it was a deemed likely to turn a decent profit in a year or two. Getting players for a few hundred thousand and selling them on for a couple of million is fine but at some point, getting a player for say 5m with 2m in add ons, that sells for 25m in two seasons time is decent business and we will need to move into that market to progress.
Do you think we will out bid other championship teams for Cannon? I thinl Cannon will go for more than £8million plus add ons..Everton will probably want most of that up front..
Trai Hume number one , Huggins back up so think we have other areas to consider as being more important I would think .
