I pray you are wrong. Though a promotion and another season of dismal failure and another relegation would be an acceptable alternative.
Skip the promotion and go straight to another season of dismay failure and another relegation straightaway would be better.
Wonder what happened to the young Turkish lad who was coming into the U23s on loan. That hasn’t actually happened, feel like it was announced weeks ago.
Philogene expected to be announced today. Still in the mix for Davis with a few clubs interested. Not nailed on for Swansea. Courtesy of Baz.
Tom Huddlestone is still the most naturally gifted footballer I have ever seen pull on a Hull City shirt, and I've seen a few.
Lets talk about Unclefester after Saturday. I agree about Leeds. Ipswich were due a loss. I, for one, wasn't surprised that Leeds beat em, but don't see them as a nailed on top six. Southampton losing that fella Tella could be a kick in the nuts.
While he was obviously a very talented player (except for us) I wouldn’t say Ben arfa was anywhere near okocha’s level, I really wish we’d have kept him for one more year and seen him in the prem for us.
JJ was good obviously but we didn't see much of him. Imagine what it would have been like to see JJ playing for us in his prime, like he was at Bolton and having Big Tom five years before we did ? As for the comment about Stats being facts, not when natural talent is involved, a player passing the ball backwards a couple of foot to a team mate registars exactly the same as a stat as Tom Huddlestone picking a player out with a 30 yarder, without even having to look up. How does that compare?
Stats are not facts…they’re stats That’s why they have a different name. JJ and Huddlestone were both amazing. Been great to have them in their prime, but it was still amazing to have them when we did. Joy to watch
