Let's hope Southampton aren't full of tall blokes. We look well too short without Dykes, short on quality too without Willock.

… and he regularly looks unhappy/disinterested being at the club

100%. I'd rather him not play than play and not give his all. Brings the whole team down.

That said, with no Dykes either, hard to see where the goals are going to come from. Only hope is Armstrong, Smyth and Chair hit a goalscoring run.

From what I've read / heard from various places including GA, if he is to be believed, Armstrong is fit ( or as fit as he has been), it was only cramp in the Ipswich game. Field, Willock and Dykes were supposedly training from Thursday, Field probably will be ready for today, Willock maybe, maybe not, Dykes maybe not. JCS played 45 minutes for the Development team this week and could feature. Dunne the only one out for the near future at least.
The only questions re JCS are:

1 Given he will only ever be fit for 45 minutes a time every couple of months should he start games or come on in the second half? The latter I believe. he does not have to play and should certainly not break up an existing partnership just because he comes form Chelsea as opposed to Stoke or Bournemouth/ Forest.
2 How much longer before we can release him?

It's good to Steven Bala on the bench following his midweek hattrick against Coventry.

Favourite player/inspiration?

Eden Hazard and Ilias Chair - I have a similar build and like to play a similar style to them both.
