I agree the seasonable bonuses would be agreed. But contractually you will either be entitled to it or not. I would assume that playing staff and key personnel would be entitled to it. It’s an incentive at the end of the day.
All employees were entitled to a share in the bonus right down to green keeper and security if they were directly employed
I would say it would be the same in how a sales contract would work with commission. Nothing formally written down which can be changed with agreement.
Thats what my mate told me, he relied on the team to secure his bonus you can have the worlds best pitch or the worlds best stadium but if the team are ****e, then the bonus was dragged down with the team
Very Ashley like though. He knew the team would never do that well under him. He couldn’t lose really.
