What a diabolical disgrace that performance was. Embarrassing doesn't begin to cover it. Whether you call it "pissing about at the back" or "passing out from the back" it took Donny 5 minutes to work it out. Decent Championship teams will rip it to shreds - cos it ain't working. Can't Ingram see past the half way line? can't anyone use their nous on the pitch? Can't remember being this pissed off at a City performance or years.
Had a scroll through social media and the comments on here are almost identical to those at a good number of other teams tonight. Doesn't make the way we played tonight or the result any better but we're far from the only side in need of significant improvements.
Thing is, if I don't like my boss (which I don't) I can't just down tools and decide I'm going to be **** at what I do. I can make moves to try and leave, but I've got to keep doing my job while I'm there. Pisses me off when footballers do it
If the group of players aren't respecting multiple managers the question needs to start being asked about the players. It's great Acun bringing in these quality foreign players, but if they end up thinking the Championship is beneath them or 'wtf am I doing here listening to this guy' then perhaps we need to revise the strategy and bring in more homegrown players.
More like they are not buying into his 'philosophy',his arrogance , his naivety and BS waffle, rather than simply being worked hard . A manager gets the best out of what he's got, not stubbornly sticking to some ideal 'philosophy'. Some players have maybe had enough of it.
Well if you put it like that. I'm all in behind Rosie. ****ing fannies should be throwing up in pre season. They're not out there on their jollies. It's time to work and get serious. Need to **** off this going out to a nice holiday resort for pre season.
Sorry to have to say but just got home from a totally frustrating night, and that was totally shambolic. I've seen some ****e at City over the years but even i haver to say that lot tonight were totally clueless. if we do actually play to a plan can some ****er please tell me what it is?
Not sure about overtraining but I wonder about being overcoached to the extent where they don't use their initiative at any point
Thats on the assumptions that the required level of fitness work in pre-season was appropriate. Ive no idea either way but there would be a point in which something becomes unreasonable.
Have you heard of quiet-quitting? Lots of people who don’t like their jobs or their bosses do the absolute bare minimum in their role to pass performance reviews and not get fired. It’s not insane to think footballers might also do this. Like I said, bigger managers have been undone by players undermining them.
You’re good at calling people out for having a go at the team, but you tell us why they are wrong, tell us what positives you saw tonight, if you went that is, you tell us how Rosenior will turn it round.
