Did you click on add to Google wallet in the email? It should be in your Google wallet if you followed the steps. Hopefully the qr code us all I need.

Is your Google wallet up to date, I.e. the latest version from the Google store?

My email is outlook, it still went straight in. Only showed a qr code until I changed phones to a nfc enabled oneI've tried that but it doesn't, I'm wondering if it's because my email address the club hold is an outlook email?

Is your nfc turned on? When I changed phones to this one I had to enable itSo maybe it's an nfc issue. I have nfc on my phone.
I've just removed my ticket and wallet off my device re-installed them an d hey presto...
