    Have you enabled nfc?

    My Samsung shows the same as you describe but with nfc contactless symbol and a line that says show qr code

    Yep, but if I click on my Google wallet it doesn't show on there. Only way to access the qr code is by going on my email and thru the digital email i got from the club. Hopefully the qr code us all I need.

    Did you click on add to Google wallet in the email? It should be in your Google wallet if you followed the steps. Only a couple of clicks.

    On my phone in Google Wallet, it has my season card, and above it the contactless payment sign and under it it has "Show Code" when I tap that the QR code shows

    Mine went straight into Google wallet in the list on your second screenshot.

    Is your Google wallet up to date, I.e. the latest version from the Google store?

    That's not your season card, have you got the email from [email protected]? if you have, open it and go down to where it says add to Google wallet and click on that. It should put it straight into your wallet

    I've tried that but it doesn't, I'm wondering if it's because my email address the club hold is an outlook email?

    My email is outlook, it still went straight in. Only showed a qr code until I changed phones to a nfc enabled one

    So maybe it's an nfc issue. I have nfc on my phone.

    That wouldn't make any difference if you already have the email from skidata.

    No worries, glad you are sorted. You should see the QR code when you tap on that in your wallet if you have NFC turned off.
