But again, you're choosing to focus entirely on two games where we did concede goals. The rest of the season under Rosenior we barely conceded a goal. Do you honestly think if we had this defensive midfielder that we'd never have an off day and concede 3 goals? Because unless that happens, it hasn't improved our defensive record at all. We're already at a point where we rarely concede, but we score far too few. There's little room for improvement on the defensive record realistically. And if Seri or Slater just need to make a challenge in your first clip. How about we just ask them to do that in future? Does it absolutely have to be a tall, physical player to make a tackle? Can we not coach players to do a simple thing if they're not doing it currently? Seems heavy handed and wasteful to drop someone who's very good for us just so we can have someone specifically to tackle. What if we sign a DM but then, God forbid, a counter attack happens on the opposite side of the pitch to where he is; who will make a tackle then?
You’re right. Rosenior’s a tactical genius. Guardiola knows **** all. He should sell Rodri because he’s ****ing useless.

PLT makes some valid points. and who is to say we do not have a player capable of that now, we don't see what Roseior see's everyday or who he has improved for this season just because certain players never played as much last season does not mean they won't be an integral part of the team this season. As for Rosenior being a tactical genius that's not what he was saying he said he has improved us defensively and we concede less so we are improving in that area, as for Guardiola knowing **** well he has sod all to do with this Club so who cares as for selling Rodri who gives a **** as he would not be coming here would he. And i think it is PLT's opinion that is all.
Slater used ti be considered a bit of an enforcer/defensive midfielder. Funny thinking back to that now when you look at him
ooooh so you’re tactic is “be Man City”, if only every manager could think like that ey, they’d all win every game 8-0.
No, I don’t remember saying that. You must have dreamt it. Also, did you and 1MoreAgain go to the same English classes that taught you how to use apostrophes incorrectly?
lol tart PLT - We’re pretty good at defending, it’s scoring where we have an issue Kalman - SO PEP IS A **** IS HE?? RODRI IS ****E IS HE???
Since reading isn’t your strong point I’ll simplify it for you. Rosenior recently said he doesn’t think we need a proper defensive midfielder, which PLT agrees with. Managers much better, much more experienced and more successful than Rosenior seem to think defensive midfielders are important. Guardiola is one of the best coaches in the world and Rodri one of the best defensive midfielders. I think Guardiola knows a bit more about coaching than Rosenior does so I’ll trust his judgement more, hence the sarcasm. Got it?
