Just over a week to go and my season ticket arrived today :-). Little bit surprised that no centre back has arrived as yet, although a week is a long time in football or does Kmc believe that what we have is good enough with perhaps Dom Ball being the back up? Personally, I think 1 more is required then away we go

Given we're in the Game Changer era I would say we need another CB, Edmundson is a superb back up (if he remains a back up) but he hasn't played alot of football recently and has looked a little rusty. If we were in the ME era I'd say we've got plenty of cover there, we've got 3 first team CBs and probably 4 other senior players who could play in that position plus a few youngsters

Did you order a CB with your season ticket?

I doubt very much if Walton would want to leave. He enjoyed an outstanding season and is popular, in a team and Club that he knows is on the up.

One mustnt forget all the personal issues that can bind a player to a Club. Family, best friends, mates, beautiful Suffolk, and his respect & reputation well earned.

Or..........He listens to his agent and takes the money and runs,as most footballers do (not that I judge them for it).I hope not though.

I think most footballers at our level will be tempted to back themselves in the Premier League, taking a pay rise in the process. There may not be many opportunities to make that step up. Although Luton look relegation favourites, all it will take is for Walton to perform above expectations and look decent to potentially earn another move to a lower mid-table Premier League club the following season.

Hopefully there’s a preferred goalkeeper that Luton end up buying and Walton stays here. He’s a good goalkeeper and would need to be replaced pretty quickly if he was to depart.

He will stay at Ipswich!

Well, that has settled the Walton debate, he is going nowhere as he is injured ffs and out for the start of the season for several games! Our injury jinx continues.

Just the start we needed!

Up steps Hladky most likely as the new lad too inexperienced to face the black cats away in his 1st game.

Ok, I'm talking out of my arse, which is something Nuggets used to do, until Redruth came along and plugged the hole!!

Afternoon, quoting your self is a new high <whistle>

Nuggets never complained

Still waiting for confirmation that Royston s CB has arrived !

On my happy holidays in Corfu where to my delight I have 4 Norwich fans st the same apartments <yikes>

Doesn’t settle anything. If a player is about to move they will commonly be out for a knock so they don’t play and get injured and scupper the deal.

No CB here. Maybe it’s a Yodel delivery and they threw him over my neighbours fence

Town in discussions with Man Ure to loan 22yr old left back Brandon Williams.
Decent cover/competition for Leif, especially as Leigh looks set for Oxford!!

We will miss Leigh, decent bloke, good player but couldnt get a shoe in with Leif playing so well.

At least he joins Oxford who are on the up.
