If Cannon, a clear target, goes to Preston it’s starting to get messy on the striker front again.

My point exactly. Hope it's a case of other options lined up as opposed to all chips on cannon and if not Cannon then no one.

If huggins stays fit he won't be cover for anyone he will be our starting RB , Hume will move to the middle or to the bench I've said it loads of times I've seen loads of Huggins coming through at Leeds.
I think Hume is class and think he will develop in to a great CDM but huggins is something very special and we only haven't seen it because of his injuries. He is also very competent at LB but he's naturally a RB

That’s a big call. Hume has been great for us and looks like he could already handle the premier league. His potential is huge. I don’t see Huggins taking his place.

That's what we need mate, players pushing to become a starter. Only worry, for me, is the amount of injuries he's picked up. Hopefully he is over the worst of them

I think we will see another one out of the blue but also think we will see a big loan signing before the window closes Clubs are taking notice of how we play Saying that we would have went up with another striker last season. Will be worried if we only get Hemir and wait for the others to get fit.

Other than rumours, how do we know if we have even approached cannon, there is nothing come from the club

It's not really, we have no idea who we have or haven't approached. Some are saying we keep missing out on these strikers when in reality we don't know who we have or haven't missed out on.

Just my opinion mate, but I also think Hume will end up even better when he moves inside, one of the hardest positions to play but I think he's got what it takes

Interesting that it looks like Huggins will be playing CM tonight

Played there multiple times for Leeds youths so makes sense given the options.

Absolutely. Interesting how the Southampton manager was saying his team at the weekend will be loads different to the ones he puts out after the window closes. Loads of moving parts, feel our biggest signings are still to happen.

Agreed. Huggins is a very good player when he is fit, but we'll be lucky to see him play in ten matches a season because unfortunately, he will always be plagued by one injury after another.

I much prefer him as a full back but he's so comfortable on the ball under pressure and has a great awareness, he's also played there quite a few times for Leeds so does make sense I suppose

Yeah, there’s a reason Leeds were happy to get rid of him. I don’t think Hume will be having sleepless nights watching this performance by Huggins.

Calm yourself down dear. He’s having a bad performance, that’s all that is being said.

Didn't see this bit in the Dagba article:

"Sunderland are aware it will be difficult to convince the player to make the move"

Hmmm. Maybe sounds as if it's a difficult one?
