Oppenheimer next weekend.

Looks really good, excited.

I saw the trailer for it at a cinema.

I know it's a Nolan film, but after watching it I did question how much of a story there is to it? Got a feeling it'll be nothing special bar the effects.

I’m sceptical of any film that goes on for 3 hours. That’s a long time to stay concentrated and to keep a storyline going.

Not sure I fancy Babylon seems a bit of a mess. Hijack is good so far.

First time I saw it, I thought it was alright. Didn't get it completely, but loved the first half.

Watched it again last night, suddenly started picking up all the things I'd missed the first time round. Even the ending, didn't get it first time. Finished watching it again and it's a great film imo.

Just what I think mate. I like the whole history of cinema in the early days and that's what this is all about - the era from silent to sound. There's one part early on when they're out in the desert filming 3/4 different shoots, one of my favourite bits of the film.

Empire of Light might be for you then, haven't watched it yet myself though.

Just got through the snake scene ****ing crying laughing. <laugh>

<laugh> Fckin mental that scene.

One which made me laugh is where they're trying to do that shoot without any background sounds and have to keep redoing it and everyone's going mental.

One of those films that gets panned by the critics but just off its rocks and really enjoyable to watch.
