I think the money is there for the right player in the right position. For example if we can sign Theo Hernandez then the money will appear
West Ham will have some clout now having sold Rice, so yeah Barnes might not happen. I suppose it's easy to forget what's been brought in , but I was thinking champions league qualification would see them then the screw.
Watching Today makes you realise newcastle need another 300 million tbh.
