No I said it was an offence to illicit a photo from a 17 year old. The young person in question appears to say he never asked / illicitly a photo. So no offence in this case.

I've got your back Beth. It's all a huge distraction. The bloke hasn't committed a crime, he might be weird/perverted but the gutter press that is the Sun newspaper has made this mainstream news. It's all a load of ****e. Some BBC presenter had some naughty pics of a 17 year old lad and it's all over the news. Some rich Tory bitch steals millions of tax payers money in dodgy PPE deals and shes still living it large somewhere without a mention. It's all a ploy to look over there!
