Unfortunately Murdoch's papers decide the PM, Blair knew this and Corbyn found out the hard way.

Whether you/we like it or not Starmer needs The Sun to be at least neutral to stand a chance of getting the Tories out.

I personally think the influence of papers like The Sun are now, though not in the past, very much overstated.
It just smacks of making a pact with the devil and something that makes me very uneasy
