I saw the Foo Fighters at V97 apparently.
Dunno if they were any good as I was wasted

First time was Glastonbury 98...they were on, but about 30000 of us were in a different field watching England v Columbia in the world cup in the pissing rain. When the game finished everyone trudged back to the main stage where Foos were playing and he shouted out "Where the **** have you all been!"...I don't remember too much more of that evening as I was also wasted

Weirdly enough I was at the Colombia game in Lens

I was at Milton Keynes Bowl to see Simple Minds in 1986. We didn't know when we booked the tickets but it turned out to be the day England played Argentina in the World Cup QF. No big screen or anything, so we were all huddled around transistor radios. I recall Jim Kerr coming on and making some snide comment about England having lost. ****.

I was at that game as well…St Etienne if I remember correctly
