Kings Fund report comparing the health systems of 19 wealthy countries confirms what we all know, the U.K. is near the bottom of the table in the only important measure, actual health outcomes like cancer survival rates. We are also near or at the bottom of the table on numbers of clinical staff and hospital beds per head of population. And we spend less than the others on health care as a % of GDP (in the past this has been used to claim that we are ‘efficient’). Nothing that I have heard either this government saying or Labour proposing can change this in the short or even medium term.

You get what you pay for I suppose. I’d like to say something like ‘time for a radical rethink’ but it’s not going to happen.

It would be nice if we got what we paid for. High taxes, poor public services, wealthy Tories. It’s a mystery where the money has gone.

Apparently the us spends the most per Capita on health care
Is that a better system

Not trying to be intellectually superior in any way.
I know a bit about this stuff.

Well done with spotting my phone misspelled something. Ooooh!

The fact that you said that Biden was 'more dangerous than Putin' because he hasn't rushed to give the job to the British bloke suggests to me that you don't know that much really.

I don't care what you think, although as usual you lie to try to make a point. I didn't say Biden would be more dangerous.

In an unstable world a weak, senile, obviously anti-british President is a very dangerous thing for this country.

Ah yes, you said 'every bit as dangerous as Putin'. A massive difference. Even your union jack splattered brain can't really believe that though, surely?

Would you rather have Trump back, who was reportedly planning to withdraw the US from NATO?

A big difference. You would have continued the lie though, if you hadn't been called out.
Many anylists, who aren't own country hating, middle class liberal twats like you, have observed how dangerous our position is becoming with an increasingly unstable Russia and an utterly weak, embarrassing President of the US.
No, I don't want Trump back.
I want a better choice in the US than Biden or Trump.

We need more patriotic analysts if we are to return this country to the one you fought and died for.

Whether it was 'more dangerous than Putin' or 'every bit as dangerous as Putin' is barely relevant. It was ridiculous nonsense.

Everytime I watched the news and saw that cretin Johnson in the Ukraine, saying this, saying that, then I thought it would put us in a precarious position. He could have done all of it but not so publicly. The rat is following suit and no doubt Starmer will if he gains power.

It's widely accepted Biden is anti British due to his Irish blood. His Irish mother was virulently anti British. He's refused a comment to the BBC because he said, "I'm Irish". When he came over to Ireland recently he spent virtually no time in N Ireland, and all the rest in the South. He said he came over to make sure the British didn't screw around with the peace process.
