I wasn't expecting very much, but it's an amazing show.

 

He's exceded my expectations - hats off Elton, going out with a bang

 

The boy's come a long way from when I saw him supporting Moody Blues.

Brilliant stuff.

 

Quality from Elton, shame it had to end !

@Steelmonkey Alt J sound a lot different to when i bought there 1st album, don't even recognise the singer!

 

nothing wrong with a bit of taytay

 

Stormzy has got a lot of quality

 

That was over ten years and thtee albums ago! Definately same line-up though, we saw them at the back end of last year

 

Fantastic from Elton John.
Brilliant musicianship on show during that set.
Saw him live in 84 and that was fantastic too.

 

Elton John is a privileged knob who thinks everyone should be at his beck and call. The fawning over such a vile individual is truly sickening

 

In the few clips I've heard I didn't think he sounded that great

 

Old people will love his voice of course
Hearing aids can do wonders apparently

Or.....just a different taste in music mate.
I thought Elton started quite shakily and appeared nervous.
However, he stormed the last hour or so in my opinion.
We all appreciate different things musically.

Not everything has to be about class war or ageism surely?
