It isn’t! I’m old school too. You hit, you walk. But maybe I feel different against people like Steve smith! His cheating goes even further. Been given not out by an umpire when I bat padded and he said “outside the line”. I didn’t even realise the fielder caught it but, back then, you accepted it. He said “I caught that” and I walked. It was how it used to be

 

I think we need both Root and Bairstow to still be at the crease at the end of today to go into tomorrow ahead
