Kompany did quite well at Anderlecht I believe. I think I’d rather back you to stay down than go up right now.

Yes I could see that. He’d be very good around better players. Sometimes gets frustrated with the absolute **** he’s playing with but he’s got a lot of ability and a great attitude. Probably available for £5m given how skint we are. Just don’t send the helicopter to pick him up.
Ranieri had a world of experience. Not saying Maresca will fail but it’s a huge risk albeit could turn out to be a genius appointment if it works out.
