Cole Palmer will be allowed to leave [HASHTAG]#ManCity[/HASHTAG] this summer, most likely on loan. While there was disappointment he did not impress as much as was expected this season, it is hoped a loan move will see him return 'more hardened' to senior football.

I think he will go to a lower Premier club. Burnley would seem perfect.
Might help us out with Clarke though if they can loan Palmer. different players but similar place on pitch.

my guess be city wanting him to go somewhere he play most games he will have premier league offers for sure

He's only got one year left on his contract! I'd be stunned if that's true.

Ipswich will pay over the odds to get a jump start on the division, for certain. They have a rich owner who's happy to spend it.

Checked the odds for promotion a few weeks ago and they were shorter odds than us. **** knows where that’s came from unless they’re planning on spending huge, I’d fancy us to tan them.

They were going to bring in new rules last year so expenditure could only be 70% of revenue but no idea if that happened.
No doubt it will all be over complicated so clubs are able to find loopholes
