We need straight into the side centre mid, left back and winger. Centre back around Schar's level to compete/rotate and probably a young striker to act as 3rd choice emergency. We will be looking good then.
Left back and winger can be done for within the 75m (if its true.) Harvey Barnes can go to the left and wouldn't cost more than MacAllister, so 30m? Left back? I mean, we have Burn, we have Targett (he's one of the highest earners at the club) so a third who can take Burns spot and be inter changeable with Targett. We are obviously looking elsewhere in Europe, not just the prem. So a few will come in from Europe. Just no italian clubs please. Borna Sosa is being linked and we have scouted him a few times over the past year apparently. It's suggested he'd cost around £20million. Barnes for £30m, Sosa for £20m. Leaves us £25m or so for CM. That's the price we've been looking at Alcaraz for... Though if we did sign Barnes, then I'd expect Saint maximin to go, meaning we have around £50m to spend, at which point we could try for Szoboszlai or Maddison.
