Good business this

Nicked this of the qpr not 606

Dickie was one of our star players and there remains a star player in there. This was evidenced at Burnley.

We should be working to rebuild his career with him rather than allowing someone else to do so and selling him on for sod all.

Watch him score one of his wonder strikes against us next season when confidently rejuvenated by a back room team that isn’t amateur, and one that is fit for purpose.

Another bit of pi55poor business by us and sadly, it’s all that we can continue toexpect from the shambles we have mismanaging the club.

had a love affair with nina in the back of my cortina. a seasoned up hyena could not of been more obscener, god bless ian dury.
WOAC - My mate Brian plays in a tribute band called Dury Service - they are mainly based in Gloucester where he now lives - but they also play gigs around Wiltshire including the Vic in Swindon just up the road from me.
I must admit, I’m not a fan of Ian Dury - I went to see my mates band to support him really (I preferred his previous band when he lived in Swindon ‘Down and Dirty - lots of AC/DC covers!)
Anyway, look them up if you like Ian Dury and happen to be in the area <cheers>

Was your Consul the same shape as the Granada (Sweeney) mk 1?
I loved those - particularly the 2 door 3.0L coupe.

I loved these when I was a teenager. I think all of the fastbacks were all 3.0 litre cars weren't they ?

I also liked the 2.5L standard Consul as well which was the entry level Granada MKI

They just looked very cool at the time and they were big cars too. There are still quite a few decent examples about, on the road and for sale, although a lot are South African imports.
