You clearly want McTominay to sign to show that you were right after predicting it months ago just like you did with Steve Bruce.

You seem to be focusing on the individual rather than the side.... a good team isn't always 11 big names.

Newcastle have been bringing in a good mix and definitely like something called character.

So with it being Man U you wouldn’t take Rashford if he was offered to us… or Martinez? I would…
Is McTominay better than Longstaff… not sure to be honest but he’s an international captain who has won various honours.. and is experienced… would I take him over Mount or Rice? Course I wouldn’t.. but I reckon they’ll be on at least £250k per week… and we ain’t paying that yet I’m afraid…
Look what happened when Longstaff got injured, we needed cover in that position and it didn’t really work with Bruno… would he challenge Longstaff, definitely…
What we need players in who are going to be an improvement on those currently on our books… so the question I would ask is, is McTominay better than Hayden or Hendrick… I reckon so…

Never said that idea but I’ve watched McTominay play on numerous occasions and I think he’s **** in the same way you think Bruce is a great manager
