    Haha, obtuse… nice one….
I agree there’s a difference between those players you’ve mentioned.. but either way they’re still, in your own words, Man Utd tw@ts, and as you said earlier, you don’t want any Man Utd tw@ts… Me, I’d take a few if they were available..
Anyway, it’s going to be an interesting transfer window. I’m expecting a mix of high quality, exciting players together with a couple of seasoned pros who have experience at the highest level that Eddie can trust and will be better than some currently on the books… Anyone thinking we’re going to be splashing out gazillions on numerous world class players commanding several hundred thousand a week are likely to be somewhat disappointed I’m afraid…

I meant the crap like we’ve been linked to in the past. Lingard, Smith, McTominay etc

    Got you…
We’ll probably have to simply disagree over McTominay then… I can see how he could be beneficial to the squad, potentially… and you on the other hand think he’s a crap manc tw@t

Guimaraes was £33million (yeah, I know - rising to £40 million, but still). We'd be better off looking further afield.

    Oh

    Brennan Johnson is from Nottingham

    his dad is from Jamaica

    he however plays for Wales.

In Britain you can essentially decide which home nation you want to play for

I would rather have Reed from Fulham than McTomminay
Plus, not adding to Manures transfer kitty
We dodged the Lindgard bullet luckily but look how they went on with us over a possible loan deal
    Stay well away

Johnson from Forrest and JWP would be excellent for us.

Problem is both would cost a lot of money.
