Could be a slippery slope Flos. You'll have to sell Maddison and Barnes to pay for the shortfall in earnings. And apparently you have loads of players on short contracts who can leave on a free soon. Tielemans and Soyuncu are the obvious ones who'll go for free this summer. You could have got a decent fee for both last summer.

Massive clear out coming at Lesta, simply to try and balance the books. It's not a straightforward one season in the Championship with the squad you have and then instant promotion. You could be floundering down there for a good few years.

I really hope he’s not the next Spurs manager. For me he’s always been overhyped and he’s an absolute cockwomble. I’d rather take a massive punt on the Celtic manager (don’t want him either as too risky) or the likes of Graham Potter or Mason than Rodgers, that’s how much I don’t rate him.

Rodgers is ****. He's been dining out on that SPL title with Celtic for years, but he's long been a busted flush. Overhyped and overrated.

Therefore I hope he goes to Spurs :)

Yeah can’t see them coming straight back.

Maddison and Barnes will definitely be picked up. Ndidi possibly too.

Soyuncu’s already agreed a deal with Atleti IIRC. Tielemans will have his suitors but doubt they’ll be the same clubs that were sniffing last year.

No one else there really worth any salt. Perreira if he remained fit but massive ****ing if.

At least Faes might look decent in a lower league though, small winnings.

We'll be fine mate ... Burnley and Sheff United have demonstrated the advantage that relegated teams have ... so whilst the doom mongers and the lightweight cornish cowboy can wax lyrical for a while, I fancy us to be back before North London or the North East actually wins a trophy ...

... and the best news that Leicester fans have had today is that Brenda's odds for the Spurs job have been tumbling in the last 24 hours <laugh>

I will refer you to his FA Cup winners medal having set up the winning goal ... and his place in all time Premier League record books ... one of 2 hat-tricks in the league's record away win ... so he's leaving for pastures new having been more successful in the Premier League era than Newcastle United have been <laugh>
