I have just tried one in case I'm missing out on something tho.
A nice crunch but a bit stringy with a not too nice a taste.
I do. I pull the stringy bit off first though.
You eat the pods on sugar snap peas and mange tout....just the same.
Are they squashed and fermented?
Not a lover of wine, tried plenty but can't seem to get away with it.
Final straw was when Mrs B pike virtually a full bottle of it all over me.

I'm just back from Peter Kay at the O2. He's gone prematurely maroon and I'm not sure how well he is, but that finale, ****ing hell. Proper 'I cannot believe that has just happened' stuff.
I loved watching his 'Connections' programmes, entertaining and informative - each one showing the impact of seemingly unrelated scientific and technological developments in one meaningful, historic thread.
