If you did a combined Leicester and Saints eleven. I mean, Lavia would get in, as would KWP. But other than that...? Possibly Beddy I guess.

(Shows again how important a competent keeper is).

Would take Perraud over Thomas who makes our youngsters look like PL superstars.

Don’t rate their forwards much either, although against ours they are better but not by much

Yeah, that's a fair shout too. Their forwards are better though, definitely. Even so, at best it's 3-4 players from Saints.

Wasn't Joey Barton banned when he went to France but could play?

Believe the difference is a match ban versus ban from the sport. Barton was banned for ____ matches, which applies within leagues governed by the FA, while Toney/Trippier were banned from the game for a period of time, in which case the reciprocal agreements with other governing bodies kick in. Same thing with Adrian Mutu: when he was banned for failing drug tests, he couldn't play, couldn't train, etc. He signed a contract with Juve while suspended, but still couldn't return to football until the suspension ended.

Thanks Schad. I was just curious from an English stand point. I don't really give a hoot about Brentford.
