Can’t see it, not that much of a drop, also his level is higher than us, probably would suit a top 6 team with p/p.
Hasn't he been playing in Italy somewhere? I don't think rehiring anybody is a great idea so perhaps it will just vanish into thin air.
It doesn’t often end well does it, a bit like trying to rekindle an old flame,
one of the first to stand out was Garland? nowhere as good second time round
Although he did score with his head, whilst the ball was on the ground, against “ the unwashed ones”, which was worth his transfer fee on its own.

Could just be the Evil Post picking up on rumours and gossip amongst the fanbase and publishing it just because there isn't much else to publish right now...?
If he wants to come home and we can afford his wage demands (after spending several years with Fulham), then he could be a really key signing.
He always comes over as a sensible, educated, level headed bloke, he lives right, and it could be a master stroke.
