Cheers for selling some of our brightest young talent for shillings Donald you absolute walloper.
Oh aye and taking the alleged bus stop incident with such good grace considering the circumstances.
Good riddance to you, Methven, Rodwell and all the other Eastleigh muppets you brought with you.
Our club is much better off without you.

Wonder if he'll be bringing Dicky Hill in to "save the club" again :emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl:

What was the bus stop incident?

What was the bus stop incident?

An excerpt from a meeting he had

RR Editor and RAWA Rep, Rich Speight, has the story of how Thursday’s meeting between Sunderland fans and the club’s current owner unfolded.

Donald explained to Barnes that he is “desperately trying to get out” of the club, largely due to the abuse he claims that he and his family has faced from a tiny minority of fans. He told a story of how three men, purporting to be Sunderland fans, accosted his daughter at a bus stop and escorted her to the family home to get answers directly from her father about the state of the club. In this particular incident, thankfully, the police weren’t called, and Donald himself ended by saying how he’d laughed with the men when he’d explained in simple terms how he couldn’t possibly have stolen money from the club.

Can he legally buy a football club when he owns a stake in another? Thought that was against the rules? May be wrong mind

How can that possibly be a lie. I mean, if anyone escorted my daughter to my house in order to get answers from me, my cricket bat would definitely nitot meet with their heads in an aggressive manner, and I would definitely have a laugh with them!!

****ing hell man! When you see it back, you wonder how we ever believed anything he said!!

I think that as long as you own less than 10% of any other club you're ok.
Seem to remember Ashley owning 9.9% of Rangers whilst he owned them up the road.
Aw that’s a pity. Thought we were going to be done with him! Not that I think he has any say in what happens (despite what some conspiracy theorists say). Just want him completely out of the club!!)

Not a major concern for me, now, as long as he continues to pay his share. He will sell at some point but can't see him making a profit from his involvement with SAFC and possibly he may make a loss. Time will tell as they say.

In reality we are done with him.

It's only through threads like this one that he's ever mentioned or thought about. He's not involved with the club and has been humiliated in one way or another. The biggest shame, he has to bear, is that since he was bought out the club has been quietly and sensibly transformed.

KLD is the polar opposite to the sad clown ...

... cool, professional and restrained.

Yes there is still a huge amount to be done, especially off the field, but he inherited a club that was rotten to the core and Donald shares the blame. SAFC was like a 'barn find car' that didn't run properly, had four flat tyres and was infested with rats ...

... it's more finally tuned now, everything is pumped up and the last rat is being chased.

Happy days <party>
