Can all the knobheads stop with the ‘how **** must you be, we’re winning at home’ chant then TIA ****ers
Hull manager Liam Rosenior told BBC Radio Humberside: "In the Championship to be successful you have to win in different ways. We had to show a different side to our game today, and we did. We have had seven clean sheets in eight at home. "What I'm trying to build is a team that can be consistent for a season. Today I am so pleased with their mentality to defend and to press. In the second half Ozan Tufan ran 90 yards back into his own box to head one clear - that is the spirit and mentality you need, on top of playing good, exciting football and scoring goals. The players are starting to understand that and I'm really proud of them today." Watford manager Chris Wilder told BBC Three Counties Radio: "It was a typical Championship game. In the first half there was not a lot in it, but they punished our mistakes. I thought our players gave it a right go and deserved something from the game. "It is disappointing. I have watched a lot of games in the Championship and that's a typical one, judged and decided by fine moments and unfortunately we have not taken the big chances that we had. "We have just got to go into these last two games and see what we can get out of them."
Enjoyed that Was worried we’d be in flip flops but definitely not. Some proper ‘giving a ****’ performances which was good to see. Cracking penalty from Tufan. They’re not saved. Vaughan was good again. Touch which ended up in a penalty was superb. We could do with an edge so it was nice to see Pelkas desperately trying to foul their right winger towards the end. Couldn’t catch him from a way behind, but hey ho…nice to see him trying. Darlow was superb. Cracking fingertip save and commanding again. Hope we can sign him up And then there was Malcolm… Hope we try really hard to not sign him.
I’ve seen nothing in his time here to warrant a second loan spell. I hope Rosenior sees this too and doesn’t let sentimentality of working with him cloud his judgement. I understand Rosenior wants to believe in him but Ebiowei hasn’t repaid that trust.
i think malcolm played well in his first season with derby last year, got the move to palace, he thought he'd come here and be our star man and tear it up with ease , but he came without any of the effort, application and intensity and he not only looks way way way off a premier league player, but even a championship he needs a long hard look at himself and his mentality if he wants to make it at this or a higher level then again i could be talking ****e
Don't make fun "mate"i have had mental issues in the past so you are not funny at all.....but if it makes you feel good and important that's fine with me
Fascinating that Wilder though Watford had a go. I thought they looked disinterested. Pleased with another clean sheet and a win. Can't complain about it after 3 games in a week. Nice to see so many players getting on the pitch today, but thought Malcolm and Pelkas didn't make any claim to return next year.
They only seemed to give it a go after the handbags incident. Seemed to fire them up. Odd when they still had an outside chance of play offs.
