Willock is expected to join Beale in Glasgow. He is occasionally a good looking player, but he isn’t really good because he is very inconsistent, for the majority of every season he’s been with us he’s been either injured or low on confidence. Perhaps Beale can get the best out of him, but a move to Scotland speaks of a wish for an easy life rather than serious ambition. **** him.
The stories coming out of the club are hideous. I don’t think many of us rate Ainsworth as a manager, or think he’s especially bright. His idea of man management is very dated and won’t work with the pampered twats who pass as professional footballers today, or some of them at least. But I think he’s a decent man, no one deserves childish idiots to be taking the piss when there is is very difficult job to be done. And those people sniggering behind his back, if they are, are simply cowards, who are also morons - do they not understand that clubs (though obviously not QPR) do character checks on prospective buys nowadays, and these blokes will fail - idle troublemakers who wilt under pressure.
Massive clear out not only needed to save cash, but to improve character.
I never said Willock would become a top player. He certainly isn't in the same stratosphere as Eze.
I think he'll look good in another team and obviously, yes, he needs to be fit. That other team could well be another Championship side.
Agreed that a move to Rangers would be lazy and prove nothing in such a poor league.
Who's taking the piss and sniggering behind Ainsworth’s back? Certainly not me.
Unfortunately, we didn't have the right personnel for his up and at 'em, long ball, scrapping style of football.
It was another poor appointment and Les really shouldn't survive all these poor appointments as Director of football.
Coaches lose players and dressing rooms often, but this may be some kind of record, although possibly the Critchley tenure can take that crown.
Yes, most players, especially THESE ****ers are pampered, selfish twats, but it's no surprise to me the way some have reacted to Ainsworth’s style, ridiculous interviews and of course, that cringing Haka.
Maybe, if we're relegated and he stays, Ainsworth can recruit enough of his kind of players to mount a promotion tilt, but **** me, it won't be pretty.
Having said all that, I don't care what the football looks like till the end of this season if we manage to stay up.
